Our headquarters are located in suburban Chicago, Illinois. SARCA was established to provide excellent sales, service, and parts availability, to an existing customer base in North America. Mr. Oscar Cozzini and Mr. Giovanni Bolzacchini are the owners of SARCA, and both are established professionals with many years of experience in the meat and food processing equipment industry.
